Our mission is to:
Contribute towards increased self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence for all young people.
Since company formation in 1996 Mindscreen has invested a great deal of thought, energy and focus to create an innovative, easy to use on-line soft-skill development system designed especially for young people and their educators.
We completed a 3 year Scottish national education project in 2005 supported by the Scottish Executive Education Department (SEED) involving 100’s of young people. Research findings published by Scottish Centre for Research in Education (SCRE) revealed that teachers’ views concurred with participating students who reported increased confidence, increased planning and communication skills and higher aspirations.
Soft-skill development solutions
All the knowledge gained during the project has been applied to create ezMe (easy me). ezMe turns the complex subject of soft-skills assessment, development and improvement measurement into a scalable online user-friendly system for education.
ezMe is accessible and affordable for all educational organisations and young people with a reading age of 11 plus.
Learn More About Young Peoples’ Needs
ezMe is for everyone: teachers/youth workers/community development staff/coaches learn more about their students, parents/carers understand their children’s needs and the young person discovers more about themselves and builds their self-esteem.
If you are involved in helping young people develop their self-awareness, self-esteem and self-confidence you’re going to love ezMe.
Help Young People Gain Confidence and Motivation
Low self-esteem and confidence are significant contributing factors causing de-motivation and un-employment amongst youth all over the world.
ezMe is now available for English speakers world-wide.
Encourage Enterprising Attitudes
The 2013 UK Government youth un-employment statistics for the 16-24 year old population is approximately 21%, and the national business birth rate is 2%.
Recent research conducted 10 years after the start of the SEED project reveals that only 9% of the young people involved in the Entrepreneurial Spirit Project (ESP) are un-employed.
Additionally the research shows that 18% of those young people involved have the confidence to start their own business (9 times the UK national business birth rate….!).
You can use ezMe with the knowledge that it has been researched, developed, tested and the results speak for themselves.
